Donor types and services
Everie offers four donation types, allowing for different levels of openness:
Disclosed (Known): Donor meets and shares identifying info with intended parents.
Semi-Disclosed (Semi-Known): Donor may agree to meet intended parents but retains initial privacy.
ID Release: Donor info shared with child at legal age if requested.
De-Identified (Non-ID Release) No identifying info shared at any stage.
Donor profiles are rich and detailed, including medical history, characteristics, and match preferences via the Mutual Match™ platform. Extended profiles are available, though adult photos are not standard. The program offers both fresh and frozen egg cycles accessible via Mutual Match™. Delivery timelines are streamlined thanks to technological screening innovations, allowing for efficient coordination with clinics. Everie also provides an embryo development guarantee, enabling replacement if embryos do not progress as expected.
Genetic test panel
Everie takes a data-informed and efficient approach to donor screening. In partnership with LEVY Health, they use advanced screening algorithms to personalize reproductive health assessments, including ovarian reserve (with nuanced AMH testing), PCOS insights, and more, helping fast-track donor qualifications in approximately 2–3 months. An optional PGT-A guarantee is available to further support successful outcomes.
